Ceramic making is one of the most ancient industries going back thousands of years. All these handmade pieces offer different types of glaze, underglaze and crawl as well as various lustre and finish methods. Some are made using the raku technique whilst others offer the traditional delftware pattern, although with a contemporary and 'pop' twist. Amongst the below original pottery, clay, terracotta, porcelain and ceramic artworks available are some made using the kintsugi technique which is the Japanese way of putting broken pieces back together using gold. The idea is to embrace flaws and imperfections to create a stronger and more beautiful piece of art.
